Welcome to SideHutt. These terms apply when you visit sidehutt.com or buy from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them. SideHutt is a sole proprietorship based in New Mexico. Questions? Email openhut@sidehutt.com.
1. Using our site
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy from us. Please don't misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or try to access it in ways we don't allow.
2. Products
We work hard to show products accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and print-on-demand items can vary slightly from photos. Sizes and details are listed on each product page.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after it's been placed.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. We'll email you a confirmation, but an order is only accepted when it ships. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there's an error, and we'll refund any payment for it.
5. Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't gone into production. Email openhut@sidehutt.com with your order number. After that, we can't change or cancel it.
6. Shipping
We ship to U.S. addresses only. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy. Print-on-demand and custom items are final sale unless they arrive defective, damaged or wrong.
8. Humor and parody
Many of our designs are humor, satire or parody, including political humor. They're meant to be funny. Unless clearly stated, SideHutt is not affiliated with or endorsed by any person, public figure, brand or organization named or pictured.
9. Our content
Our designs, photos, text and logos belong to SideHutt or our partners. Please don't copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Third-party services
Our site uses third-party services, such as Wix, payment processors, shipping carriers and social media platforms. We aren't responsible for their sites, services or policies.
11. Disclaimer
Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SideHutt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
If you misuse our site or break these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and claims that result.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, unless you're entitled by law to bring a claim where you live. Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted on the date of your order applies to that order.
