1. How long will my order take?
Print-on-demand items take 7-14 business days to make. In-stock items ship in 1-3 business days. Delivery then typically takes 3-8 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
2. Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not right now. We ship to U.S. addresses only.
3. How much is shipping?
Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Some items are made or shipped by different partners, so they may arrive on different days. There's no extra charge.
5. How do I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking link when your order ships. If it ships in more than one package, you may get more than one link.
6. My tracking hasn't moved. What should I do?
If tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, email openhut@sidehutt.com with your order number. We'll treat the package as lost and send a replacement or a refund.
7. Can I return something?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Print-on-demand and custom items are final sale unless they arrive defective, damaged or wrong. Email us first to start a return.
8. Who pays for return shipping?
You do, unless the item arrived defective, damaged or wrong. Then it's on us.
9. When will I get my refund?
Within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. It goes back to your original payment method. There's no restocking fee.
10. My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email openhut@sidehutt.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund.
11. How do your shirts fit?
Check the product page for size and fit details. If you're between sizes, email us before you order and we'll help you choose. Print-on-demand items can't be returned for size.
12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout.
13. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering, as long as it hasn't gone into production. Email openhut@sidehutt.com right away with your order number. After that, we can't change or cancel it.
